In the email message, include the serial number of your RILSIM installation and a detailed description of any problem
you've encountered. You can find the serial number in the window opened by the About RILSIM... item of RILSIM's
Help menu. Select the serial number with your mouse, right-click it, and then choose Copy from the popup menu
that appears. You can then paste the entire serial number into your email message.
If your report involves a problem you've encountered when trying to run a particular RILSIM analysis, it would be very helpful if you
would attach the .rdb file for that analysis to your email message. This will help us as we try to duplicate the problem.
Before you contact us with a support question or bug report, please look over our lists of
bugs, procedural errors, and
feature changes to see whether the problem has already been identified.
It's possible that the latest version of RILSIM may solve your problem.
Or, you may find a suggested workaround if the bug has not yet been fixed.
